Further, there is so much choice…how do we know if we are doing ourselves justice; believe it or not exercise type is the single most important factor…
So wouldn’t it be great if there was a simple and straightforward way to meet our exercise needs? Well you’ll be happy to know that Fit as a Fiddle is a function training set-up…the type of training that is not only the time efficient and also the most effective.
Fit as a Fiddle is dedicated to delivering a fitness experience with purpose. After an in-depth assessment the programme is developed for you. The programme takes into account your goals (YOUR DREAMS). Based on the results of the assessment we incorporate what might be needed to correct posture, muscle imbalance, restore muscle function and address dysfunction (rehabilitate).
We acknowledge that coming to grips with your exercise format and the booklet we prepare for you can be somewhat daunting in the beginning – however what seems confusing now will become quite clear after a few weeks. We write the programmes with a purpose in mind; each week builds on the previous developing the fundamental requirements for on-going progression. Initially you may find your programme extremely different to those of other health and fitness environments…that is because we are different..trust us…we know what we are doing!

Charlotte is passionate about her chosen field. With her advanced qualifications she has extensive skills and experience in the field of rehabilitation, holistic health, corrective and high performance training. Charlotte is just one of a handful of qualified C.H.E.K. trainers in NZ.
C.H.E.K trainers understand that the body is a system of many complex inter-related systems that all affect each other. They are highly skilled in human biomechanics, orthopaedic rehabilitation, and sports performance. The multidisciplinary C.H.E.K system is scientifically based and requires extensive training.
Charlotte looks as the person as a whole entity. By understanding the body’s entire control systems, how they integrate and function, she effectively isolates areas in a client’s body and lifestyle that need specific improvement.
Based on a multidisciplinary approach Charlotte seeks to prioritise the client’s efforts to address/correct the most important things first, before working through a series of planned goal focused progressions.
